  15. This init should be compatible with every computer from the Mac 512 up.  It has been tested on a Mac II for hours without mishap and I don't expect any tantrums when its run on lesser [or greater] Macs

The installation procedure should be a exceedingly simply task that even someone that's stayed awake for two days stairing at a CRT could accomplish.  Amazing, it is.  Just throw the "WDEF Init" file into your system folder and reboot.  You might want to make sure you aren't using any other WDEF inits because they may quibble over who gets to bomb the computer first.
